We're looking for a mid to senior Final Artworker who can take a master concept and carry it across thousands of assets without losing its craft or quality.
The role spans two disciplines. On the digital side, you'll manage high volume output across every channel, format, funnel stage and language, using automation to work at scale. On the traditional side, you'll produce expert retouching, reproduction and print ready artwork. You're highly structured, an expert in file formats and production workflows, and at ease moving between a social rollout of hundreds of assets and a press ready file in the same day.
This isn't a resize and export role. Some adaptations are simple. Others need real creative judgement, so you'll need to understand the idea behind the work and make it hold in every placement.
What you'll do
Digital at scale
- Interpret master artwork and campaign concepts, and adapt them across detailed media plans (around 80% paid digital and social) covering hundreds of specifications across channels, motifs, funnel stages and languages
- Produce thousands of assets per campaign from supplied photography, graphics and video, from simple resizes to complex recompositions
- Build and run automated production workflows using templates, components, variants, actions, scripts and data merges
- Use generative tools to extend, recompose and adapt imagery for new formats, within brand and usage guidelines
- Retouch and manipulate images to a high standard
- Prepare print ready artwork with correct colour management, bleed, resolution and output settings
- Work with printers and repro houses to make sure files reproduce accurately across processes and substrates
- Run rigorous quality control so every asset is accurate, on brand and to spec before delivery
- Keep file management, naming conventions and versioning tight across large asset libraries
- Submit all artwork to the creative directors for final approval
- Escalate any challenge, risk or spec issue immediately. Escalation is mandatory.
- Keep campaign owners and stakeholders across the agency informed
- Propose better ways of working where you see them
